1982 - 2011 - Willis North America – Senior Vice President, Partner
- Regional Casualty Risk Control Manager and RMIS Practice Leader of
the Strategic Outcomes Practice of Willis, the third largest insurance
broker in the world. Reported directly to Chief Risk Control Officer
for North America and interfaced with Willis leadership. Responsibilities
included managing a staff of Risk Control personnel in the Northeast
Region, handling a client workload and managing the Environmental, Safety
and Health program for Willis North America operations. Day-to-day responsibilities
included providing direct risk control services to major clients, workload
management of staff, and directing risk control services to Willis offices
including developing strategies to effectively support local facility
management in their loss control efforts. Risk Control activities included
providing direct loss control/safety services to both Willis operations
and Fortune 500 size clients, to support their risk/loss control programs
and included the following activities:

Consultant at this major insurance broker in New York City. Primary
duties included providing direct loss control/safety services to several
large corporations including the same activities listed above.
1977 - 1980 - JRB Associates, Inc. - Program Manager - Safety for this
large government contractor in McLean, VA. The position responsibilities
included managing multiple government and private industry contracts
relating to safety. Contracts included the development of OSHA Compliance
Officer training programs and a NIOSH Machine Guarding project. Duties
included managing a core staff of four safety engineers, performance
review and department budget responsibilities, as well as directing
the activities of 28 professionals.
